In addition, we are continuing to take the following proactive steps to provide a safe environment for everyone:

  • Hand sanitizer has been provided for guests in all food service waitinng areas.
  • We have increased the cleaning and disinfecting procedures throughout each day. All high touch areas and fixtures in our locations are being sanitized at least every 2 hours. These include handrails, doorknobs, and other commonly touched surfaces.
  • Protective shields have been installed at all registers.
  • All partners will be required to wear masks when in a public indoor setting. When outdoors, fully vaccinated* partners have the option to be unmasked.

    • *According to the CDC, an individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as the Johnson & Johnson Janssen vaccine.

  • Signs have been posted in public and staff restrooms reminding everyone of the critical importance of proper handwashing.
  • All partners (employees) are self screening at home prior to each work shift. Partners who feel ill or experience any flu-like symptoms including fever, coughing, or sneezing have been instructed to stay home and are being asked to leave work if they exhibit these symptoms while onsite.
  • Foot traffic patterns and one-way traffic flows have been established in our locations wherever possible.

We recommend that everyone continue to follow best practices recommended by the CDC to ensure good health including the following:

  • Stay at home when you are sick.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially before eating, and after going to the bathroom, blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects daily.
  • Hand sanitizers should contain at least 60% - 95% alcohol.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

We are following updates and recommendations from the CDC, WHO, the Tennessee Department of Health, Georgia Department of Public Health, and local health officials.
